Tingling on Head

Post by Pam V »

Hi All -

This has been happening on and off for awhile now but today it seems to be happening a little more. I get a tingling feeling on the top of my head - it doesn't hurt - just feels kind of weird. I know I've seen posts about tingling and numbness in hands/feet - has anyone else experienced tingling on the scalp? I'd love to know any suggestions for helping to relieve it.

I take Kirkman oral mag and 2,000 IU of Vit D3 x 3 times/day, and one Methylguard Plus each day and am taking 3 mg of Budesonide once every three days. I hear people talk about ReMag - I've been doing well with Kirkman but wonder if this is magnesium related if it would be worthwhile to give ReMag a try. I do have a fair amount of fillings so I worried about the metallic taste.

Thank-you in advance for your help!!

Best wishes -
Pam

Pam, I get the same feeling occasionally almost like cold water is dripping. I have attributed it to sinus/nasal congestion, after ruling out the worst from googling on internet. See if you feel congested when you have that feeling. Hope this helps!

Thank-you, Martha! I seem to always have sinus congestion so perhaps it is related to that. I also have high anxiety issues and seem to always find something to worry about:)

Wishing you a happy 2018 -

Happy 2018 to you Pam!

I use to have high anxiety and always worried, thought the worst.....but now that I have been faithful with my magnesium oil, it has gotten so much better. Now I only worry around my periods and try to increase my magnesium at those times.

It has helped my mother as well. The days she calls me with worry or I call her, our first question for each other is have you had magnesium today, lol......we swear by it.

Hi Martha,

Thank you for sharing your experiences with me. I was wondering how you use Magnesium oil? Do you apply it topically or take it orally? I’ve heard such good things about Magnesium ~ earlier in my journey with this, I saw how someone recommended Kirkman orally, which hasn’t caused any digestive issues. I still often waken with my right hand feeling numb and occasionally get foot cramps if I put my foot in a funny position, like you would when you put on tights. I’ve started applying Mag lotion at night but am wondering if I could do more.

Thank you so much and I wish you a very happy and healthy 2018.

Best wishes ~

In the mornings, I put life flo oil all over my legs and arms, wait 20-30 minutes and take a shower. At night I soak my feet in 1 cup magnesium flakes for 30 minutes. I have been doing this regimen for awhile, almost 2.5 years.

I can't take anything by mouth as i have interstitial cystitis and it irritates my bladder. Hope this helps!
