I don't know if it's working this fast, but last night I slept Like a baby. I took it yesterday, the day before and today. I am in the process of eliminating Sugars. We shall see. Love Oma

That's great, Oma...............is Natural Calm the name of the product...I may get some for myself if it's making you sleep like that!!!

I think it does work that fast! I've been taking it lately too and have been sleeping very well. Apparrently, some huge number of Americans (like 60 or 70%) have magnesium deficiencies. I hope it keeps working for you.

Shirley, if you do try it, start with small amounts. As too much magnesium can cause D. It is called Natural Calm and can be purchased at most health food stores or online. I use the one that isn't flavored to avoid sugar. It's evervescent! You let it dissolve in hot water and drink it.
