Wholesome Chow Organic Gluten Free Brownie Mix Review

Post by Marcia K »

Hello. Sometime ago I said that I would give a review of the Wholesome Chow Organic Gluten Free brownie mix that I purchased on Vitacost. They were delicious! The directions called for 1/2 c. of butter and I would have substituted 1/2 c. coconut oil but in my pre-LC days I used unsweetened applesauce in place of oil in my brownies and that's what I used this time. The brownies were moist and thick. Wholesome Chow products are produced in a 100% dedicated gluten, peanut, soy, nut, dairy and egg free facility. The brownies probably wouldn't be good for someone just starting out because there are quite a few ingredients but for someone who is in remission and can safely eat chocolate I don't think you'll be disappointed.
