Went up to Jane's again yesterday

Went up to Jane's again yesterday She is still not good after her accident. Pain not only in her neck but bad headaches as well. She has to see her doctor again tomorrow. Thankfully Emily is now pretty right.

Car does not look too good either.

She has not hears from her insurance company about what is going to happen about the car yet. The tow truck bloke thought that it would written off. She needs a car for work so I hope it is settled soon.

Hi Peg. I'm Ok, still having physio & will have for a few more weeks. Having acupuncture as well as massage & some manipulation on my back. Leg is improving but not just quite right as yet. He still won't give me permission to ride my trike again. Jane lives just over an hour from us & going up & down to see her is a bit tiring not to mention climbing the three flights of stars to her unit. Doesn't do my leg or back much good I suppose but she does need us at the moment. Very sore after yesterday & had trouble sleeping with the pain last night.

Radical photos! I am glad you are taking care of yourself Liz with the acupuncture and massage. BTW, I have a good friend that lives on the sunny coast of Australia...not sure where that is...aren't all coasts sunny? Just the sound of her wonderful voice and gentle accent is healing to me.

Celia, where Jane lives is called the 'Sunshine Coast' & it is north of Brisbane. Queensland where we live is called 'The Sunshine State" Beautiful one day. perfect the next.

Felt really sore over the weekend after physio on Friday. They said that I have a lot of 'trigger spots' & boy did she give them a going over. Told me I could be pretty sore as a result & she was not wrong.

Jane should find out a bit more about what is happening with her car today She is really upset with the thought that it could be written off as she has always looked after it like a baby.
