Hi all,
I'm happy to report that with a restricted diet, I'm pretty much in remission (no Entocort for over a year). My lagging issues include bloating and looser stool (but not diarrhea). One thing that I have learned in my experimentation is that if I eat pretty large quantity of chocolate (usually just chocolate chips with minimal other ingredients), my stool quality improves (I have larger, more solid movements) and my bloating goes down. I can't for the life of me figure out why chocolate, a known irritant, would help in that regard. Any thoughts? Am I missing something? Thanks.
Chocolate - can anyone make sense of this?

Hello. I normally eat one or two squares of Lindt 90% every day without any change good or bad. However, when I recently ate too many gf brownies I became constipated. I'm not sure if it was the chocolate or the gf flour but I definitely won't eat that many brownies again!
