Yikes Terry,

It leans towards arthritis but at the same time it mimics a central nerve issue. All of it is inflammation related....something is triggering the immune system into high gear.

How have you been with your VitD levels and Mag intake or external use?

Is any dairy or gluten creeping into your daily life....I know inflammation can be sparked many different ways with us that have compromised systems.

With all that steroid injection you will need extra Magnesium too

HI Terry,

It sounds like you may need to make a reminder for yourself and get into taking the Mag perhaps at the very least 400mg (once in morning and once at bedtime) and VitD 5000 iu at the very least, daily and be proactive about it.

I caught a bit of a cold that gave me a day of achy joints but I stuck to taking my Mag and VitD and in fact I upped my VitD to about 50,000 for 3 days and I was able to maintain much better than I ever have in my life of colds this year.

Soaking in Epsom salts about 1-2 cups worth for 15-20 minutes would be a good All Over Body absorption of magnesium on those days that the joint pain and stiff legs are too much to deal with. That could give you 150-200 mg of external Mag. The heat of the water helps relax muscles along with everything else.

I sure hope you are doing better today.

Erica

It might be A blood flow issue I am scheduled for A us pulse volume record without exercise (ultrasound) on Friday. The funny thing is no pain in my muscles just joint pain this last round of stronger steroids did the trick for now i'm guessing this could return mag and D3 is still on my daily routine
