Safe BP meds

Post by Janie »

I may need to switch my Blood Pressure med. Is anyone on them and which one do you tolerate with MC? Or is there a list somewhere about BP meds. Thanks

Hi Janie,

I take a small dose of Lisinopril 10 (mg) for stroke contol. Lisinopril can cause a dry cough for some people (my brother had to stop using it for that reason), but so far it doesn't seem to be causing me any cough or MC problems.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
