I am from Argentina and I have spoken with NA providers and they can send it to my country, but because I have so many obstacles they arrive at my house, or if they arrive, they arrive already dead.
I wrote emails to clinic to find out what lab they analyzed NA to make sure they do not have HIV, hepatitis, syphilis, etc. Never answered me.
My doctor says that it is difficult for them to have these viruses, although it may be possible if they are very irresponsible.

Welcome to the forum. I looked for old posts from people who were using Helminth therapy. The only post claiming success that I could find was posted 5 years ago. It can be read at the link below. But before you jump to conclusions, be sure to read all three pages of the thread.

Another question is, even if the original poster is legitimate, why did she/he stop posting? Did the worms turn out to be a bigger problem after a while than the original reason why they were being used?

It may be, but what worries me most is that the parasite may contain HIV, hepatitis or something similar. You can kill the parasite in theory with an antiparasitic. In addition many healthy people have these parasites and are asymptomatic. I do not mean that someone sick responds the same, simply that it is less serious than a virus like hepatitis, etc.
