Protein shakes
Anyone supplement with protein shakes in stage one heading? I’m using a gf protein powder with coconut milk in hopes of filling my tummy. I’m so over rice and chicken! lol but whatever I need to do.

my experience, nothing beats the real thing when it comes to meat and protein and bone broth.
Protein shakes are generally grain or vegetable based source and this is not the same as meat based protein.
for times of being out of the house for the day/travelling then it is a good stop gap, but for long term wellness it does not provide the same benefits as meat, such as nutrients, amino acids, fat etc that our bodies need
find some other safe meat sources that you can have - gamery type meats (venison, lamb etc) that have more flavour.
The other thing with protein shakes is ingredients - there are not many that have less than 4 ingredients.
and there may be contamination issues during production with soy based ingredients.
