New employment!

Post by Umber »

I had a second interview today (2 hours long & a personality test) and was offered the position! I am so excited it seems like an awesome and very positive place to work. I heard wonderful things about my new manager.

I took a $1.00 per hour cut in pay but they have monthly bonuses that will more than make up what I am losing. Only downside....I am going from part-time to full-time. I had hoped to work only part-time until my youngest was out of high school. I haven't worked full time in 15 years....I hope its not too hard to adjust.

I am going to my job tomorrow and giving my two week notice. That will feel good!

Hugs!

Lori

CONGRATULATIONS!!

Full-time will be an adjustment for you but just look at all you can do with those extra $$ and hopefully great benefits.

Love, Maggie

Hi Lori!

Wahoo!!! :goteam:

Wonderful news! They are lucky to have you, IMHO.

I can't believe that Kylee is 2 either. It seems like yesterday when we were all so worried about the pregnancy. I remember you taking special food treats in to Ashlee in the hospital. Kylee is adorable and a real charmer from what I hear.

Love,

Polly
