The advice, support, guidance, learnings here have helped thousands of people and their families.

what is evident, is the shared passion amongst the group to help others 'be well' 'optimise wellness' and not only get their lives back but to value and love life.

Thanks everyone. The value of this forum lies in the shared experiences — we learn from each other, and everyone's input is valuable. I hope we can last another 13 years.

Congratulations to Tex and all who make this possible! I would not be where I am today without this forum! I really thought my life was over! As it is now, I've been so busy that I'm just now checking in for the first time in a month or so. I guess that is a good sign that I have my life back. I feel great and am not having any issues.

Thank you SOOO MUCH to Tex, Gabes, and everyone else helping all of us! Like Jari, I gained my life back thanks to all your advice and have not checked in regularly.
I saw my gastroenterologist last week for a follow-up and he commented that he hadn’t seen me in a long time (a year), which is a good sign. Funnily enough, the consultation turned into a discussion of recipes and cooking. He asked me what foods I was leaving away, what I didn’t tolerate, etc. He then suggested cooking with plantains and cassava and told me where I could buy them nearby instead of Whole Foods further away and how to prepare different recipes. It was a very enjoyable consultation for once!

Love and thanks to all of you!!!

Patricia ❤️❤️❤️
