Hi all,
It's late, but just thought I'd pass along this little tidbit from the conference in case any of you are still figuring out some of the "lesser" allergens.
Think this came up in the section about maximizing your diet/health. One of the points made was that it's preferable not to eat after dark if possible. Then, the doc said that one way people can sometimes tell if a particular food is problematic is to eat it right before going to bed, and if one is sensitive to it, it will likely bother them when they first wake up. Think the byproducts will tend to "settle" in the tissues, or something.
Anyway, just thought I'd pass this along, in case anyone wants to try eating before dark to improve achiness, etc., or else a suspected food late to test for problems next morning.
Let us know if you detect something this way, please.
Yours, Luce
