Stop looking for new solutions.

Fine tuning your eating plan to find your safest ingredients is the way to wellness.
And just as important as the eating plan is our mental and emotional wellbeing, not stressing, not overthinking. Being calm and relaxed is important.

There is suggested vegetables in the 'stage 1' eating plan, in the guidelines to recovery section.

Gabes it says this in the eating plan:
"Bland - no spices, salt only (where possible use grinder and pure salt, pure pepper so there is no risk of contamination from processed items Why? spices increase inflammation."

So it says salt only, but then says only pure pepper. So is pure black pepper ok then or not.

If you can't live without pepper, use it, but keep track of it so that you will know if/when you're reacting to it. IMO, you are always better off without it. It's a stomach irritant.

The other reason for pure and to avoid blends, is that blends are high risk for contaminates like gluten and soy.

Pepper and spices are an irritant as mentioned by Tex. but for some as they transition to blander type eating use small amount of pepper for flavour.

Part of the transition is that you have to come up with an eating plan that is enjoyable and sustainable.
We can't do everything perfectly all of the time, and it is an important part of effective digestion that we look forward to the meals (as this gets the brain to trigger the gut to produce stomach acid/bile to break down the food and optimise nutrient absorption etc)
