Marshmellow Root - Slippery Elm
Anybody ever tried either of these? They were suggested to me by a friend. I know it wouldn't be a cure but maybe some help?

Finely finely ground pure good quality slippery elm has been used by some. You would need to search to see previous discussions and feedback/possible outcomes.
Prior to my Mc Dx, I used lots of herbs, liquid pure good quality etc. Since MC I can not tolerate them.
I can do small amounts via lingual, topical, and homeopathy. Can not have them in my gut.
Even now many years of reasonable remission, herbs will cause loose stools for me.
