Two Really Good Days - Even had Energy! Weird!

Tuesday I took 2 Immodiums after 2 bad spells of D that morning. It always shuts my bowels down altogether for 48 hrs when I take it. So Wednesday no bm but still felt wiped out. Then yesterday morning one soft stool and that's it. Then I felt pretty good all day yesterday. Today no bm but have felt fantastic all day. I mean like energy to spare! Best I've felt in months. Of course consequently I overdid, but it felt so good to feel good! I know the D episodes always really zap me for the rest of the day, so maybe just having a couple days without it is all it took. I do think I will use the Immodium more often. I've kind of steered away from it because I want to have a clear picture of what is happening, but it does wear off in a couple of days and in the meantime, gives me some relief.

Maybe do 1/2 tablet once a day....

Energy returning might be due to stopping or slowing budenside.

That's a good idea. I think I will try that - the 1/2 tablet once a day.
As far as the Budesonide, I actually was forced to go back to 9 mg 10 days ago. Just dropped back to 6mg today after 3 days with no bm. So we'll see what happens. Of course today my energy is down again - probably because I overdid yesterday plus starting to feel constipated at this point. So actually won't start the 1/2 Immodium a day until things get moving again.
