Thank you all for the good wishes. It was a good day..... I had originally planned on going out to dinner to celebrate, but at the last last minute opted for steaming some snow crabs and making my “famous” potato salad for guest from Albuquerque and family. It was a good choice. Home cooked food is always the best and we could have all the wine we wanted without calling Uber! In West Texas it is always a treat to have any kind of sea food and we all enjoyed the “all you can eat” crabs legs with the ghee i made from Irish butter. Didn’t have any cake, but didn’t want it anyway!
