Sunny, the table has not copied over -so we can't see which foods are in which 1,2,3 category of reaction.

First observation, your gluten result is high.

The classification of the foods in that table shouldn't matter because with an overall score of only 7 on that group of tests, the individual results are irrelevant, so that is a reason to celebrate.

I take it this is the vegan or vegetarian panel, or am I wrong?

That's what I thought. Then no wonder you're so happy — most vegans who develop MC are sensitive to soy and most legumes. That makes getting enough protein to heal the digestive system virtually impossible. Congratulations on your good fortune.

I've never seen one of these results....

They are very good indeed!! With exception to the fact that you are super sensitive to gluten and oat....but other than that....YAY!

I'm still sick. I eat only what I'm suppose to eat and stay away from the toxic stuff. My church begged me to have breakfast so I let my guard down and ate. All the scrambled eggs were gone. It was Easter morning and crowded. All that was left was scrambled eggs wrapped in some sort of bread. I was starving. I did take the eggs out of their gluten casing and ate them. I tried to scrape off the gluten. I had water and black coffee with my eggs. Gotta have strong black coffee and nothing in it. I have been sick ever since I ate the scrambled eggs. Watery diarrhea, noisy loud abdominal noises, depression and brain fog has returned. I have been sick a week and a day. I know I was bad. I know the bread got on the eggs, but I tried to wipe it off. Everybody was talking up a storm and I had a good time, but I am sick. Paying a fortune to talk with church members and to get close with God. Am I sick because I opened up a wound in my gut and it takes time to heal?

I have followed Gabes advice and eat lots of protein for healing, but the watery diarrhea won't stop. I think I opened up a healing wound and now it's angry. I should be whipped!!

Do y'all have any advice and should I find a doctor you recommend near the Savannah, GA, area? They ain't in Savannah! Dorothy

HI Dorothy,

I'm so sorry your body reacts so badly to a small oops....but unfortunately with MC/LC/CC this healing process takes time and lots of it. It can be many one step forward 2 steps back at times, so don't beat yourself up about your church experience. Keep thinking positive, and telling yourself that you will continue to stay the course as best as possible, we have all strayed off course, its ok, it just doesn't feel very good.

As far as opening up a wound in the intestine....in my opinion you have just roughed it up a little, kinda like aggravating it by rubbing it the wrong way! If you have not gotten a colonoscopy perhaps you should and be sure to get many biopsies so a diagnosis is clear regarding your inflammation.

Your intestine will continue to heal little by little, bit by bit....but it takes more time than we realize to get it healed.

Thanks for the advice, Erica. It takes time and can't be rushed. I've had this a long time and it will take time for healing to occur.

Hope you are doing well with your husband and his diabetes. Your friend, Dorothy
