Bristol Poop Chart
Just discovered the Bristol chart. I have been having #1 (milk duds) almost daily for about 2 weeks. Better than wd but certainly not normal.

Right and I have been gradually doing that. I'm down to 3 mg. Have done every other day a couple times now. Think I will go ahead and skip two days and see how that works. I went back and looked at my diet/bm log. Its been 15 days since I had a mushy bm. Since then I have gradually reduced from 9 mg down to 3 every other day. During that same period I've gone from no bms to every other day to daily. Its just been the "milk duds" up until this afternoon. Finally something half-way resembling normal. Feeling hopeful.
Will be sending in my specimen to Enterolabs on Monday. Could have sent it This week, but they say you can only ship them on Monday or Tuesday. So anxious for results.
Been on elimination diet 4 weeks Tomorrow.
