Last night's supper - browned some ground beef in a little coconut oil, garlic salt and pepper then removed from skillet. Added more coconut oil and brown some sliced red potatoes. Added some sliced carrots and green beans. Added the ground beef back in with 1/2 cup of beef broth. Let it all simmer till the veggies were done. Delicious!
