Momster here

Post by Momster »

Thanks everyone for your caring - I am feeling a bit better today, not in so much pain, but I still difficulty with breathing and talking (darn, I do like to talk), but thank goodness the pain is abating. Nasy, nasty virus, that's for sure.
I do plan to have a nice restful weekend and Peggy and Ronny and my Sister and her husband coming over for dinner on Sunday. No work for any of us - we're ordering chinese in.
No worry, Maggie, Peg was right, I already had your owl done and packaged up, so just for John to take it to the post office. I'm already back beading another one and next will do some eagles. I find it restful and something to do when I'm having to take it easy. John made a nice lap board for me to put my projects on when I'm beading, so it's really easy.
We had a bit of snow this morning and the ground was white, but now it's beautiful sun and feels healing. I've got the patio door open a bit and enjoying the fresh air.
I'm being good and resisting going out, though. That was pretty scary yesterday.
The Dr. was very thorough and I was impressed by him. Peggy nearly decked him when he pressed on my chest and made me whince. She resisted, though, but let him know she didn't like to see him do that to her Mom.
It was so comforting to have her there and shortly after we got back home, my other daughter, Lisa arrived and we all had a good visit.
I managed to have a good rest last night, with the help of a morphine pill and don't need anything like that today.
So back to my beading.
Have a nice weekend, everyone.

Love - Momster :wavey:
