Doesn't look too bad too me. I'm thinking it looks like gluten is my main culprit and maybe its not too severe?

Kathy, the table showing what foods fall into 1+, 2+, 3+
On the main areas, the soy result is a bit high. I would be cautious of any make up/bathroom product with Vit E, when I was inflammmed I had to avoid all moisturisers with soy based Vit E.
Gluten, eggs and soy are your main culprits.

Kathy, though you probably don't want to hear this, 37 for your gluten reading is probably pretty high, based on results here. My results were really high but if you look back on results here, many who had to cut gluten were in your range. I was one of the fortunate ones who was able to go into remission by just eliminating gluten but you won't know that until you try. Deb

Thanks Deb. I know 37 is nothing to sneeze at and I will have to keep gluten out as much as possible. Just hoping maybe I won't have to scan every label looking for hidden gluten. BUT even if I do, I am just thrilled that I'm ok with dairy and probably eggs. Plus I'm thankful that I don't have to eliminate any meat proteins and I can have rice, corn and potatoes. That will give a whole lot more variety to my diet than I have right now. And I will still be limiting all of it until I know I am well into remission. I would say I'm in remission now except that for one thing, I still struggle off and on with some C and also I'm still taking a couple of 3 mg Budesonide per week at this point. Thank you for responding to my scores.
