Enzymes

Post by dcerway »

Has anyone had success with using (Creon) enzymes for MC? My gastro suggest these and I had no luck----PS extremely expensive - $1,000 for 90 days!

Wow, that WAS expensive. Sorry that you were talked into that. I'm lucky — it only cost me less than 60 bucks to get sick as a dog because of trying an enzyme blend back when I was recovering. The very first capsule I tried made me so sick that I couldn't keep any food down for about three days. I thought at the time that it was an expensive lesson, but obviously I was wrong.

I believe that a few others claim to have had some degree of success with them, but I'm not convinced that they work for many of us.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
