B 12 Methyl

Post by coryhub »

Thank you Henry,

I am on the right track now. Lots of reading still to be done still but I see why you say methyl vitamin B12 is absorbed better than other forms. What I have been taking is synthesized in a lab and can pose potential problems when it comes to absorption. Methyl has also been shown to stay in the body longer amounts of time. Your Thornes tablets got good reviews. Everything is so complicated and a big learning curve so thanks for helping me muddle through.
