Ladies Underwear

Post by eshuler »

I wasn't quite sure where to put this, but here I go:

I recently bought some Knix athletic leak-proof underwear for traveling, thinking it would be good to be able to wash them in a sink and have them dry in an hour. Low and behold, they were a godsend a few weeks ago.

I went to a coffee shop as I was unable to be in my apartment for a few hours while there was work being done. I had already had some caffeine, but had to order something to use the internet. After a few drinks of the coffee (all they served) it happened. Everyone knows what I'm talking about. And I had to walk up a spiral staircase to the bathroom (very slowly as I'm still recovering from ACL reconstruction). On the way up I knew it was going to be messy.

Thankfully, it wasn't as bad as I thought and I was able to wash my underwear right there in the bathroom, no problem. Everything came out with some hand soap and water, very easily. No stain on WHITE underwear, either! I let them air dry for a few minutes (as long as I could reasonably take up the only women's bathroom) and put them back on. Within an hour they were perfectly dry, and I was wearing them.

So, if anyone wants some modest protection and a super easy to clean and re-wear underwear, I'd suggest Knix athletic. Best $20 I ever spent.
Kind Thoughts,
Liz

That's good to know. Thanks. The underwear sounds like a good idea for traveling.
