That’s really great to hear (about you feeling better, not so much about the nutty drs we seem to run into).

Take this small ingredient list and run with it for a while, don’t be in a hurry to keep adding 😉👍🏻 Let yourself heal for a bit more ( weeks, couple months) your gut will love you for it 😃 and the added food later has a better chance of being accepted!
