Hi Everyone:

Thanks for the wonderful birthday greetings.
John did take me out for a nice breakfast (I had my favourite - eggs benedict) and I'm going to rest until tonight when we go out for dinner.
We're going to a nice seafood restaurant by the ocean and I'm going to have lobster!!!

I'm still quite weak, but slowly recuperating. I did manage to get a good sleep last night, so that helps.

Down 22 lb. since I started the diet. I'm happy about that, but lost 7 lb just since I got sick, so that's a bit too fast, but I'm not complaining.

I go to the my Dr. tomorrow for a follow-up She also has some news for me about my spine x-rays which I had done last week. It was to determine how far the osteo is advancing in my spine. I've been having quite a bit of pain lately, so she just wanted to see where we are.

Anyway, back to my happy beading. Making a hummingbird today.

Have a nice day, everyone and I'm enjoying my day.

My brother-in-law also has his birthday today. He and my sister just got married last Sept. and he's a welcome addition to the family (we all love him) and we celebrate our birthdays together.
