Jeanne,

You can copy and paste your results into a post so that everyone can see what you are talking about. That will help them when making recommendations.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Jeanne,

My #1's were corn, rice, beef, pork, tuna, chicken
My #2's were almond, oat, walnut, cashew

I ate chicken and rice and bananas for about 4 months or so every single meal with no problems. That was about 3 1/2 years ago when I was first diagnosed. Today I eat a lot of beef and pork (not as much chicken as I got tired of it, but can still eat it when there's nothing else). I make lots of things with almond flour and eat almond butter and cashew butter. I don't do well with oats.

Just because they are #1's doesn't necessarily mean you will react to them. Some of them are still trial and error. Your body will tell you.

I would try some baked chicken and rice. See how you do.

I forgot to add that I eat a lot of potatoes. I like the gold yukons. I digest them better. I fix a roast in a crockpot and slice up potatoes. That is my comfort food now.
