Poll For Those Who Are Sensitive To Chicken Eggs

Post by tex »

Joe raised an interesting question about the possibility that the flu shot might be a contributing factor in chicken egg sensitivity. If you are sensitive to eggs, lease indicate whether or not you have had at least one flu shot.

If you are not sensitive to eggs, please skip to the next poll for people who do not have an egg sensitivity.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Don't know about the timing, I found about the egg allergy before the LC, BUT !! I think /know my allergies actually got aggressively worse with intensive allergy shot therapy. 2 injections/ 3x week. Then a mean viral infection, and my health went down. So, yes, I think immunotherapy can go wrong. Right now I have a friend who has had a serious reaction to flu vaccine, an auto immune reaction that put her in hospital.
Because of the egg allergy I won't take the shots.

Thanks for sharing. It seems as if doctors like to sweep issues such as this under the rug whenever possible.
