Yikes! FDA Changes in Supplement Labeling

The other day I was at Vitamin Shoppe to pick up the combo Vitamin D and K that I take. It was gone! The store clerk told me that the FDA was changing all labeling of the fat soluble vitamins. No longer IUs, for example. Stores will begin to stock the new labeling in the next few months. A,D and E will now be based on the metric system.

Not a metric system gal, I will have to get my mind wrapped around this. For some, it may come easily. Here are two links I found:
