Annual Blood tests
Hi - wondering what people need to check with annual blood work...I have heard iron, Vit D & B 12, folate...anything else recommended? Thx in advance!
LC, strong reaction to cola, squash and D & C Orange #4; moderate reaction to sugar cane, sulfite, sardine, flaxseed, coriander, black-eyed peas and FD & C Blue #1. Enterolab Anti-gliadin IgA 6 units.
Hi, I would include magnesium, but the magnesium test that most doctors order is pretty much worthless for our needs. If your doctor is willing to order a red blood cell (RBC) magnesium test, that result would be good to know, as it provides a much more accurate indication of the actual magnesium level in the cells of your body.

Aloha - thank you so much for your speedy reply! I will ask my PCP for the RBC magnesium test. Happy Thanksgiving
