Pumpkin pie and crust

I blame it on Brain Fog. I made my diabetic pumpkin pie with no crust and sweetened with honey. Craig made his diabetic pumpkin pie with crust and artificial sweetener. Brain Fog made me forget and I ate his pumpkin pie, crust and artificial sweetner. I paid dearly for it. Brain Fog is a bad thing.

I haven't done it on purpose as I don't like to feel bad! I have gotten either some gluten or dairy that has made me feel bad, but it hasn't been on purpose! I just do NOT like being sick!

Thanks for this post. I have been tempted lately to cheat, but not with gluten. You all have given me the courage to say, "No, No, No!" Like many of you, I have unintentionally eaten something wrong for me.

This post is a good Stay Strong message. And, it's been a fun one to read.
