Psyllium husk experiences?

Post by Cran3 »

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some new baking ideas and I keep seeing recommendations for psyllium husk in baking without gluten. I personally am very opposed to xanthan gum, acacia gum, guar gum, or anything like them because they've always given me a bad time, but I'd love to know your opinions on psyllium husk.

I did searching around on here and saw a few people mention it, but those posts are a few years old and I want to grasp any new opinions or findings from anyone who might have them now.

If anything else, let me know if you have any alternatives to psyllium, xanthan, acacia, or guar please let me know. Thank you!
