Hi,
I tried this the previous two years or so before my sudden onset of collagenous colitis. At the time, I tested high/ positive for SIBO and a Nutritionist recommended this. I had great results and then in time, tapered off quite some time before my recent issues.
It helped with bloating overall at the time.

Hey, I tried megaspore and it didn't do anything for me. I had SIBO, finally got rid of that, just got diagnosed with MC. But other people swear by it. I believe they are also selling a cheaper version under the name Thrive. It's the same probiotics just lower counts and available in retail stores. Good luck!
