Hey guys
I just wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions on dealing with the abdominal pain? Since i started getting symptoms back in May of 2018 the pain has been pretty bad, not every single day but most days. Even if i am not having a sensitivity to foods or in a flare up i always feel some type of pain or discomfort. Especially at night! I have a heating pad that i sleep with at night that helps but i was just hoping someone had some other suggestions on how to handle the discomfort ?
Thanks everyone !!

Prior to my MC diagnosis, strong cramping pain, to the extent that I couldnt stand up, was a key symptom when i was super inflammed.
in my teen years I was hospitalized with these pains - and no reason could every be confirmed
Following low inflammation eating plan, and lifestyle. I no longer get these.
