Hi All,
I haven't been around much, so forgive me if this topic has been discussed.
I just learned that there is now a toilet with a built-in bidet (one is made by Toto and is called the "Washlet"). Those of us with MC can appreciate how convenient and helpful this might be. There is one with a remote control, so you can wash (or dry with air) the front or back of your bottom as you sit on the toilet seat. The water and air temperatures can be controlled by the remote too. I met a couple who has one (and don't even have D problems), and they couldn't stop raving about it!
It has been used to keep elderly folks in their homes rather than moving into assisted living. Apparently, difficulty with personal hygiene is one of the main reasons for the elderly moving to assisted living.

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
I bought a toilet seat one from Costco that works well too without having to replace the toilet. I love it. Here is a similar one at a great price. https://www.costco.com/Bio-Bidet-USPA-6 ... 15779.html We aren't very handy here so I did need a plumber but it was a minimal effort.
