Vitamin D, Copper and Histamine

Post by jnmast »

Hi,
Been awhile since I posted but have been reading and appreciating contributions in the meantime. I continue a slow heal and am super grateful, though only with careful monitoring of diet, stress level, etc.
Recently I recalled a post re copper, vitamin D and histamine that was circulated...the relationship between these factors--- does this ring a bell for anyone?
I have low copper levels, have finally succeeded in getting my Vit D above 40 and extremely significant issues with histamine. (On 'histamine scavenger' supplement from Naturopath that has changed my life!)

I was hoping to find the journal article link or info if anyone finds this sounding familiar. Thank you!!

Hi Jacqueline,
Here’s a very recent post from Tex that came to mind when I read your question.
