Anyone had any experience with Norwegian Gold from Renew Life? this enteric coated fish oil supplement contains lipase to digest the fats inside the capsule and it bypasses the stomach and liver.
I don't seem to be able to digest fats. For example, when I eat 1/8th tsp. of avocado, it runs through me, WD, explosive D. Same is true for lamb.

I used to take fish oil (another brand), but I stopped taking it after I discovered that it contains soy. I haven't found a brand that doesn't contain soy, so I don't take fish oil anymore. I still take flax seed oil, though.
