Great news!!! and well done you for sticking with the plan and seeing the benefits

be patient with the adding foods, give the body time to heal. It can take 12-16 weeks minimum to resolve key deficiencies like Vit D3 magnesium etc. you are only 4 weeks into focussed supplementation etc

Thank you for responding, Gabes!

You are very kind to remind me that I must be patient and heal much more before trying new foods. I truly had thought that I have accepted that I have a “new normal.” I guess I am too anxious to know exactly what that new normal entails. (I really miss eating out, though my husband has been so kind to accept this in his life as well.) I will slow down on new foods and think of long-term healing as my goal.
