My boyfriend and I are trying out churches in my town and went to one Methodist Church today in which
the entire bread offered at communion was GF, i.e. the whole congregation got GF bread. It seemed to
be the first day they were doing this and the pastor said instead of a separate line that they usually do with the
gluten free option she decided to be more inclusive so was converting the whole church to GF.
I sent her a note that it was the best treatment of GF options at communion that I've seen.
It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

That's great news. Our church in MN had a gluten free offering for many years thanks to a celiac friend who pushed for it. We are now living in GA and our church doesn't yet have that option but I think would be open to the suggestion as the pastor's younger son has a gluten issue.
