Hi, I received my results from Enterolab and I found out I am sensitive to a lot of foods. Mainly gluten and dairy but I had quite a few 1+ foods also. I can have beef so I bought some beef bone marrow bones and I wanted to see if I could get some guidance on how to cook them. I need to get some healing for my gut and I heard this is a great way to do that. Also I would also like to hear what is good for protein besides meat. I am sensitive to rice, chicken, tuna, eggs, corn and white potato. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much!
Miley

Hi Miley,
Here are a few links to past threads about bone broth that should tell you every thing you need to know about it:

As for additional protein sources: Most of us can tolerate all shellfish (clams, oysters, shrimp, mussels, prawns, etc. Everyone seems to be safe with lamb and turkey, also. All wild type meats, whether it's actually wild or farm-raised (venison, rabbit, quail, pheasant, goose, duck, alligator, etc.) is safe, as well.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
