SORRY: I posted this in the wrong place and can't figure out how to delete it. I re-posted on the Main Message Board. :-)

I am 2 1/2 months into my healing journey/elimination diet. I have noticed some improvement!

But I'm wondering: some mornings I wake up and the first BM has some substance. Once or twice I've actually had to make some effort to go!
But typically the subsequent BM's are back to my typical MC WD. Is this 'normal' as far as healing goes?
