I have much admiration for all U---in the knowledge/understanding of so many issues----
Things I never heard of nor could even talk about---I have been reading the post and remain
I envy your knowledge--and the fact how devoted U all are with your efforts to better yourselves---I wouldnt know what to feed anyone ----
Especially,the fact of so many changing to this Paleo (spelling) diet--

Thank you for your kind words, and while I can't speak for anyone else, I hope you realize that I have a lot of admiration for you, also. While it's true that there are a lot of brilliant minds among our members here, I'm just an ignorant old country boy, myself, who comes here every day to feed at the trough of knowledge. LOL.
The fact of the matter is, every one of us knows things that none of the rest of us knows. I know some things that you don't know, and you know some things that I don't know. That applies to all of us. It's a fact of life, and it's one of the reasons why we're all here--to learn from each other.
You may not believe this, but I'll bet that I've learned more from you, than you've learned from me, during the time that we've shared together on this board, and I'll bet that I'm not the only one who feels that way.
