I began giving my allergy immunization shots at home about 2 months ago. These shots are for the skin testing I had done for allergies to molds, trees, weeds, grasses, dust, all that kind of thing. I read Tex’s book about histamines but I’m not clear about how my lifelong seasonal allergies might be related to MC. (I’m also in the beginning process of doing testing at EnteroLab in Dallas). I’m wondering if these shots could make my MC worse or if anyone has experience with this. I’m not having full blown D but feel awful and my back aches. Thanks for your help.

In my opinion (based on published research — this is discussed in one of my books, I don't remember which one) those shots will induce tolerance for that particular allergen (or allergens), but they will not stop the inflammation. So a user would still be open to developing autoimmune diseases. At least that's what I've concluded after reading the research.
