I finally did this test and it has been pretty interesting. I got a breakdown of my gut bacteria (from a stool sample) and how it compared to their averages. There were a fair number that coincided with IBD's. From those results, they determined how specific foods impacted my blood sugar levels. I'm not sure how eating Keto may have impacted my results but am having a consult and will find out. Biggest surprise.... some popcorn was better for me than a sweet potato. Go figure! A lot of the results I think I already knew instinctively. I think that down the road I may transition to more of a paleo diet and this will help guide my way. I did indicate I was gluten-free.
