Spinach

Post by Goesalot »

Does anyone else have trouble when they eat spinach? I am not sure if it is indeed just the spinach because I had other foods also the same night. I spend the next day in the bathroom and in bed. Let me know if spinach seems to be a problem for other or if I really need to look at the other foods I ate that same evening for dinner.
Looking for health and wellness to all no matter what ailment they have to deal with.

Spinach contains a lot of oxalates. A lot of us, including Dr Fine, have trouble with oxalates.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
