Ingrid,

There is a Spanish version.

Paperback:

https://www.amazon.com/Colitis-Microsco ... 0985977264

Kindle:

https://www.amazon.com/Colitis-Microsc% ... B01N3JSXLX

But I don't understand why you're unable to order an EnteroLab test kit to be sent to Mexico. I thought they were available all over the world. We've even had members receive them in Hong Kong, on the other side of the world.

Also, note that eating lactose-free products will not work if you are sensitive to dairy products. It's the casein in dairy products that cause us to react. The lactose is a secondary problem.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Tex,

Awesome that we have a Spanish Version of the book!

Ingrid,

I highly recommend the Spanish Version of Tex's book. It is the only book on microscopic colitis in the world.
You can get a kindle or a hard copy. It is a truly great resource and worth the money.

Brandy,

Remember Tessa, in Spain? She might have quit posting about the time you joined us, because she was diagnosed with Addison's disease. I don't remember the exact time frame. Anyway, she's a professional translator, and she was kind enough to do the translation.
