Ok, I fiinally finished reading the article on "Viruses", on Dogtorj's site, and now I'm beginning to wonder if I had food intolerances when I was a baby. Consider this quote from the article:
"Here's the scary part- Our body doesn't always keep warning us in the same way.The warning signs change, going from colicky babies to chronic Strep throat/otitis media to asthma to heartburn to IBS to colitis. We adapt and the signs change but if you understand ALL of the signs, there is usually some sign that persists."
From an early age, I can remember hearing my grandmother discussing with my mother, the fact that I was a "colicky" baby. I had forgotton about that, until the article reminded me. I don't believe that I ever had strep throat, but I did have a few problems with ear infections, (otitis media). When I was in my pre-teen years, asthma was a major problem, (requiring a doctor's intervention to save my live on one occasion). As the asthma began to phase out, I developed hay fever, and persistant heartburn/indigestion problems. By the time these symptoms disappeared, I was in my 50s, and the D, aches and pains, headaches, etc., began to show up, and became more and more of a problem, until I started the diet. Hmmmmmmmmm.

"Sequencing" Symptoms During Our Lives
It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
