Hello again, hello!

Post by randyh »

Well here we are again, all messed up inside AGAIN, very frustrating. Life long process I guess. I always get over confident and neglect my diet and sure enough off we go into LC land. Can't eat, lots of pain, feeling helpless. Came here again for the moral support since I have been down this road a few times. Greetings to all the regular friends and to all the new members of our club. Very weary, but ready to attack and conquer! Hi everybody!

Hi Randy,

While it's nice to see a post by you again, I'm very sorry that you needed to write it. I hope you'll be able to recover quickly. Stopping a major flare can be a tough project sometimes.

I miss the Land of Enchantment. I used to go out there every fall, but I'm too old to be hiking in that high country any more, so I just stay home.

Best of luck with your recovery.

Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Well it's a hot time of the year here, if you go anywhere, first things in the morning is best. It is green chili time, so the air is filled with aroma of roasting green chilis!

I have had some major life changes, moved to Las Cruces NM which is about 32 miles from El Paso. I have retired but still looking for something to keep busy. I don't do well when I am idle.

Today is am felling better, but I haven't attempted to eat anything yet

Gearing up for my diet!

Thanks and good to hear from you!
