Rudi again,
Thanks everyone for your input. I guess the chicken did have something in it my body did not like. Can you eat fruit or should it just be canned?

Rudi, google the name of the vaccine.
Tex, my physician mentioned the vaccine when I was there a few weeks ago. I told him I didn't want to get a sore arm in the summer. I was stalling, too!
Jari, we think alike!
Charlene & Janie, agreed, shingles are very painful.

Rudi,

I can eat some fresh fruits now, but I'm 4 years in. While I was healing, I ate one banana a day and no other fruit. About 6 months or so after healing, I could eat the little packs of peaches or pears. At this stage of the game, I can eat apples, a little bit of pineapple, a little bit of fresh peaches, those small clementine oranges, and that's about it. Watermelon will never be my friend and I love it! But it's not worth me eating it. I can't eat cherries either. I can eat strawberries upon occasion.
