New Member trouble registering

Post by Sheila »

Someone on the MC Facebook page said she couldn’t register because of a “code” she needed. I don’t know what she is referencing. Is there a code? Please advise and I’ll try to help her get started here.

Thanks,
Sheila W

Hi Sheila,

She's probably referring to the question designed to prevent computer spambots from registering. As I recall, it asks for the middle word in the marquee that scrolls across the top of the page. Anyway, I'll bet that's what she's referring to.

Sorry she's having a problem. If she's still having a problem registering, I can easily set up an account for her if she'll just email me and tell me what username she wants to use. I can set up a temporary password for her and she can change it in her profile after she logs on.
